ABOUT US

At KDL we are obliged to care, value and put our clients first with compassion, dignity and trust. We have experienced staff who are trained in Health and Social Care. We strive to mentor staff members intensively and keep them motivated no matter the challenges that may arise.

We have established a reputation for our thoughtful and consistent approach that enables us to provide rapid solutions for any recruitment issue. The consistency of our work is verified by the fact that a large proportion of our work is repeat business and in a recent survey of customers. Our executives are driven to encourage all the staff in our organization to develop long term relationships with our clients to create working partnerships which last.

The whole process of finding and placing individuals in the care industry can be time consuming and place unneeded pressure upon Care Managers or Human Resource Managers. KDL expertise within this area is what has been fundamental to our success, we have developed trusting and sharing relationships with our clients that has proved to key in improving recruitment solutions for our clients.

At KDL Health Care we offer Domiciliary and Live-In care. This allows you or your loved one to continue staying at the place you feel most comfortable – at home. You may be starting to find it difficult to complete different areas of your routine and want some support whilst staying in familiar surroundings.

We offer regular home visits from fully trained care workers, from 30 minutes through to several hours a day which can be arranged to help you with a wide range of everyday tasks, including:

• Personal and continence care

• Managing medication

• Helping to mobilise in and around the home

• Household tasks and meal preparation

Like live-in care, domiciliary care offers a valuable source of companionship. Seeing a familiar face every day, or a couple of times a week, brings comfort, a feeling of safety and friendship – as with elderly care, this form of social care also benefits mental health, as a care worker will be able to provide the much needed companionship. Care assistants are not just trained in delivering the physical aspects of care, but also offering emotional support, encouragement, and reassurance.
